Your Home Concierge is the main point of contact for everything from simple questions and DIY tips, to coordinating your renovation. Your Concierge will assist you in choosing your plan, scheduling visits from the service team, completing your Home Binder, and everything in between.

HOME HEALTH ASSESSMENT

Typical home inspections provide an x-ray view of your home and it’s deficiencies. Our Home Health Assessment is more like a magnifying glass. We look over the areas that are commonly missed & help you understand what you can do to prevent major repairs. Your subscription provides 1 assessment per year to catch issues before they become major problems.

Leave the rest to us! Our Concierge will be on call (or text) for anything you need, our service team will come by to service the little things between check-ups, and you can worry about where to go on vacation, what hobby to pick up, and how to spend more valuable time with your family

What type of services are included in the subscription?

Many of the included items are standard equipment for most homes, regardless if you have a townhouse, condo, mansion, or cabin. Items that require additional quoting would be outdoor fixtures (greenery, outdoor fixtures, pools, etc.) or services that require a subcontractor such as eavestroughs, roof maintenance, or skilled labour beyond a handyman’s scope of work.

How can I use your service if I am not a subscriber?

Good news! Our project services are available to all, so don’t hesitate to reach out for your next big upgrade or repair project. As a subscriber, you will also be eligible for discounts through our preferred partner network (which could even cover the cost of a yearly membership!)
